Doña Fría- Mexican Lager

Our flagship lager, formerly known as Doña Chela.  Clean, refreshing lager with pronounced corn and slight toffee flavors and earthy cascade hop aromas.

Slow Burn – Chile Pepper IPA

Nice lager on the front with a slow burn/spice onset to the finish

John Mayer Monday – Lager with Coffee

Light body with a pleasant coffee flavor and aroma

Oktubrefest – Our Take On Tradition

Flaked Rye compliments the Vienna, Munich, and Pilsen malt by adding to the body.

Big Mama – Blonde Ale

Bright floral flavors and a crisp finish. A great segue from lagers to ales.

Higher Love – Belgian Saison

A collab beer with 612brew. Dry-hopped Saison with Spice.

Sueños de Café – Brown Ale w/coffee

Our luscious brown ale with Mexican coffee added, from our friends UP Roasters of Minneapolis.

El Rey – IPA

Earthy and vibrant citrus aromas and flavors resulting from a cascade and citra hop pairing.

6.1% ABV | 61 IBU

Compinche – Belgian Style IPA

A matrimony between clean citrus hop bitterness and bubble gum, spice and clove yeast characteristics. 

7.1% ABV | 69 IBU

La Reyna – IPA

Simcoe and Mosaic Hops offer tropical citrus and piney aromas and flavors.

Ariana Grande – Double IPA

Features German Ariana hops. Very flora, strong bitterness with lingering citrus undertones

Michelada – or – Mango Michelada

Our Minnesota version of a classic Mexican beverage. A drink made with beer, tomato juice, lime juice and piquant seasonings.  Add Mango nectar for a sweet, spicy, smooth, tangy and tart experience!

We add all-natural ingredients directly to the kegs of select beers to create unique and delicious flavour experiences.
