We are brewing a collection of authentic beers inspired by both Latin America and Minnesota. You might know our cervezas as Doña Chela, the original brand created by our founder Sergio Manancero. We serve on-site, sell in growlers to-go and will soon deliver kegs to local establishments.
With 10,000 square feet of warehouse space, the La Doña Cervecería offers a spacious taproom, event area, active space, art gallery, patio and prep kitchen where local restaurateurs will create delicious foods to pair with La Doña cervezas.
La Doña is a great new addition to the fast-growing Harrison neighborhood just west of downtown. Founder Sergio Manancero and his team inspire and empower not only the Latinx of the Twin Cities, but aspiring entrepreneurs of all ethnic backgrounds. We are a for-benefit corporation aiming to make a positive impact on society, our workers, the community and the environment.
Our Cervecería is the perfect location for private and semi-private events. Multiple zones, patio space and a private bar can be combined to meet your event needs.
Soccer is a phenomenon interwoven into cultures across the world. Our patio is equipped with a boxed turf field perfect for impromptu exercise, special events and our regular Fútbol & Social Club get togethers. (We also play broomball in colder months!)
La Doña’s UR/IN Gallery is an exhibition space for Latino-hearted people to experience the best of Minnesotan and Latino cultures. We are looking for artists to showcase.
Sorry, we use our yeast for beer, not donuts.
