Beginning Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in accordance with the City of Minneapolis, La Doña will require either proof of a full course of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test administered by a provider within the last 72 hours for indoor service at the taproom for any patrons over the age of 5 years. Vaccination includes a full round of vaccination; 1 shot for J&J, two for Pfizer and Moderna. Booster shots are not required.
Acceptable proof of vaccination includes:
– A physical card
– A photo of a complete vaccination card
– Digital immunization records such as Docket or Clear
Acceptable negative tests results include:
– Minnesota Department of Health (Vault)
– An email from your testing provider
– A screenshot or printout of your negative test
